The Blue Region is the seventh region of CaerulElimo in Generation 6.

This region starts to become captured by the Phantom Flash at the beginning of The Black Region, fully captured at the beginning of Part 8 Section 3 and completely dissolved at the beginning of Part 8 Section 5.
